Whilst there is an ever increasing reliance on plc as the solution, there still exists a large number
of control loops still undertaken with dedicated PID controllers. Below are some applications where we have been required
to provide instrumentation and ancillary products.

Blow Moulding
As this application has developed then the control systems have become a more integrated product revolving around a central
PLC system. We are able to offer SIMPLE TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS for use on older systems or for
add on chillers and heaters. We can also provide a source of replacement thermocouples and accessories.

Extrusion,
Our main involvement centres on the TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS, THERMOCOUPLES, SOLID
STATE RELAYS and instruments (i.e. speed indicators)

Injection Moulding
Injection moulding has mirrored the control solution for Blow moulding. However the number of older machines is still
high and individual TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS are still needed. We also have single loop HOT RUNNER
CONTROLLERS, plus a range of accessories.
